Why do you CrossFit? I love CrossFit for several reasons, but accountability, and coaching are my top reasons. I love the encouragement to keep moving, work on form and do things I wouldn’t try on my own.
What do you do for a living? For the past 22 years I’ve been a stay-at-home/homeschooling mom of three. With only one child left at home and a love to help others, I started a small homebased business, teaching and educating others on the health benefits of toxic free living and essential oils.
When you are not in the gym, what is your favorite thing to do? I love spending quality time with my family. I also love to decorate, garden and cook.
What is your favorite exercise? Push press and the ski machine.
What is your favorite CrossFit workout? ??? great question… I’m not sure I have one J
What is your favorite cheat meal? Ice Cream J
What is your next fitness goal? To get my autoimmune disease(s) under control so I can get stronger not weaker, and accomplish new skills.
If you were arrested with no explanation, what would your friends and family assume you had done? Speeding!!!
If someone asked to be your apprentice and learn all that you know, what would you teach them?
How I strive to live a life based on authenticity, unconditional love and sacrifice. I hope that after spending a day with me, they would see that I’m not perfect, I’m just striving to leave a legacy that reflects Jesus through my actions, to dream big and have faith in Him. I would also have to share about my journey with essential oils, chemical free living and how after incorporating plant bases products into my lifestyle they have helped me with some of my health struggles J
