Why do you CrossFit?
I have always loved working out but wanted to go to the next level of fitness and decided CrossFit was the answer. I was right. I love the variety of the workouts, the people and coaches and you never can get bored.
What do you do for a living?
Underwriter for an large insurance company.
What hobbies do you have other than CrossFit?
I enjoy playing tennis, running, going to the beach, and watching my Dallas Cowboys (which can be very difficult at times).
Name one thing most people don’t know about you.
Gave my husband the gift of life. I donated a kidney to him in 1998!
What is your favorite CrossFit workout?
Back Squats, I can see myself getting stronger every time we do them.
What is your favorite cheat meal?
I do not have much of a sweet tooth so when I cheat I want food I normally do not eat. That is pretty match everything. A few of my favorites are Mexican Food, greasy burgers, McDonald fries, pizza and lots of beer
What is your next fitness goal?
Strict and kipping pull ups and to get stronger in my lifts.
When did you screw up everything, but nobody ever found out it was you?
Unfortunately, that has never happened to me. When I screw up (which is often) everyone seems to find out about it and never lets me forget that I screwed up. It really is a running joke with my friends and family.
If you were given a one-minute ad slot during the Super Bowl that you couldn’t sell, what would you fill it with?
I would have a picture of the American Flag with the words “Honor those who gave the ultimate sacrifice and those who protect and serve on a daily basis”
