This is a program designed for seniors age 55 and over. We incorporate functional movements that people can use in their every day life.  The goal of Silver Linings is to keep seniors active, healthy, and mobile. It is a fun group setting with 1 hour classes and individual attention throughout given by an experienced coach. Come try a free class and see how we can help you enjoy your golden years!
