Michelle grew up participating in gymnastics, cheerleading, and dance. She was highly competitive in cheerleading, winning several National Championships in high school. Thanks to that success, she earned an athletic scholarship to the University of Delaware, where she competed and cheered for the Fighting Blue Hens. Upon graduating, Michelle’s interest in health and wellness, particularly strength and conditioning, has grown tremendously. In March of 2011, she completed the San Diego Half Marathon with “Team in Training,” a nonprofit organization supporting The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society; and in the process found CrossFit! After six months, Michelle became CF-L1 certified and started coaching. She has been coaching for the last 6 years and became a CF-L2 trainer in 2016. Michelle is passionate about coaching to inspire athletes to become better every day, in and out of the gym, because the integrity, confidence, and community built within the box translates into all facets of life.
Michelle is certified in CrossFit Level 1 and 2 as well as CrossFit Kids.
